Introduction
The Personal Brand Leadership Program is a 6-week program designed to help individuals develop and enhance their personal brand and to lead in their various industries, careers and businesses.The program will cover various topics such as self-awareness, communication skills, networking, and social media presence, among others.
The objective of the program is to help participants to understand what personal brand is and is not, demystify certain myths on personal branding and equip participants with the necessary tools and strategies to effectively promote themselves and achieve their personal and professional goals.
Objectives
1. To help participants understand the concept of personal branding and its importance in today's competitive world.2. To assist participants in identifying their strengths, values, and unique qualities that make them stand out.
3. To enhance participants' communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal, to effectively convey their message.
4. To provide participants with the knowledge and tools to create a strong social media presence and effectively use it to promote their brand.
5. To help participants develop networking skills and strategies to establish meaningful connections with people in their industry.
6. To enable participants to create a personal brand strategy and action plan that aligns with their goals.
Program Modules
Module 1
Understanding Personal Branding In this module, participants will learn the concept of personal branding and its importance in today's world. They will understand the impact of personal branding on their professional and personal life.
Module 2
Self-Awareness and Brand Positioning Participants will identify their strengths, values, unique qualities, and how they can differentiate themselves from others. They will learn the importance of self-awareness in personal branding.
Module 3
Communication Skills Participants will learn how to effectively communicate their message, both verbally and nonverbally. They will learn the art of storytelling, active listening, and body language.
Module 4
Social Media Presence In this module, participants will learn how to create a strong social media presence and effectively use it to promote their brand. They will understand the importance of different social media platforms and how to leverage them.
Module 5
Networking and Relationship Building Participants will learn how to develop networking skills and strategies to establish meaningful connections with people in their industry. They will understand the importance of building relationships and maintaining them.
Module 6
Personal Brand Strategy and Action Plan In this module, participants will create a personal brand strategy and action plan that aligns with their goals. They will learn how to measure the success of their personal brand and make necessary adjustments.
Program Packages
The program will be delivered online through a combination of webinars, training, coaching and accountability zoom sessions. Each module will include live and pre-recorded video lectures, quizzes, assignments and interactive discussion forums. Participants will have access to a dedicated program coach who will provide feedback on assignments and answer questions.
