Protect your mind from consuming rubbish. Avoid toxic people. Guard your peace of mind. Do not gossip or pay attention to it. Pursue things that make you happy. Be unapologetic about safeguarding your mental wellbeing and learn to say no when you feel overwhelmed. Surround yourself with people who excite and uplift you without making you feel like crap first. Forgive yourself and others who hurt you. Let it go ok! Set yourself free!!!
2. Your Physical Health
Exercise as much as you can. Walk around as often as you can. Enjoy the sun shine and fresh air. Drink at least 3 litres of fluids a day; water works best. Dance to good music. Enjoy good movies. Take up a hobby or sports. Have great sex as often as you can. Rest when you feel tired. Sleep at least 6 hours a day. Staying up late always is not an achievement; get help ok.

Save and invest daily, weekly or monthly; as often as you get some money. Find other sources of income. Enhance your skills set. Serve people at a price. Be interested in learning about how money is made, saved, invested and spent. Don’t hate on rich people. Stop being jealous of other people’s success. Have a budget for each month and don’t over spend. Give as much as you can afford to let go.
4. Your Spiritual Health
Believe it or not; there is a greater power out there. Someone who knows you by name and knows the number of days you have on earth. Be diligent at connecting with Him daily. Know His ways and walk on the right path. Be honest in your dealings, truthful in your speech, kind in your deeds, sober in your reflections and humble in your pursuit.
